Position Overview

We are looking for a US based Manager who can lead client engagements, develop consulting teams, and bridge the gap between business strategy and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable in the boardroom and the development environment- able to guide executive conversations, lead consulting teams, and personally contribute to the design and development of AI‑enabled solutions when needed. Key Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements end-to-end, ensuring successful delivery, measurable business outcomes, and strong client satisfaction.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, shaping business, data, technology, and AI direction while identifying opportunities to expand value.

Qualifications

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, technology consulting, or a related professional services environment.
• Proven experience leading complex client engagements and managing executive‑level client relationships.
• Demonstrated experience managing and developing consulting teams, including offshore or distributed delivery resources.
• Strong structured problem‑solving, analytical thinking, executive communication, and presentation development skills.
• Ability to independently lead engagements, anticipate client needs, and drive workstreams from problem definition through implementation.
• Strong understanding of data, analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and modern technology ecosystems.
