Job summary

Trinity Life Sciences seeks an Engagement Manager to lead primary market research projects across qualitative and quantitative methods. You will manage study design, data collection, analysis, and client storytelling, coordinating staffing and timelines.

At least 5–8 years in pharma marketing research with strong project, client, and people management is required; a bachelor’s degree is required, advanced degrees preferred. A salary range is provided with discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sciences, business, mathematics, statistics, or engineering; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–8 years direct supplier side pharmaceutical marketing research experience.
• 3+ years of project, people and client management experience.
• Hands-on management of both quantitative and qualitative primary market research.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of research engagements from planning to delivery.
• Oversee data collection domestically and internationally.
• Develop core stories and client presentations.
• Staff and manage timelines across projects.
• Manage client relationships and project outcomes.
• Mentor and develop assigned talent; collaborate across Trinity teams.
