BGBx is seeking an Engagement Lead to manage a single engagement from start to finish, setting schedules, guiding consultants, and serving as the primary client contact. You will lead teams, coach members, and contribute to business development while partnering with senior leaders on strategic client work.
The role requires 3–5 years in strategy consulting or related fields, with healthcare experience and strong communication and leadership skills.

The primary role of an Engagement Lead is to handle the day-to-day management of one engagement at a time. Engagement Leads set the project schedule, provide direction to the consultants on the project, and serve as a coach and mentor to consultants. Engagement Leads may act as the primary contact for the client and are expected to be able to engage with the client independently on day-to-day matters. Engagement Leads support business development by providing consistent project delivery with repeat clients and may support the full lifecycle of BD activities as directed by practice leaders.
$145,000 plus bonus eligibility
