Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, human resources, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in program coordination, employee engagement, communications, or related roles.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Employee Experience: collect data and monitor metrics to communicate our employee experience story.
• Recognition: administer the company’s ongoing recognition platform and reporting.
• Community Impact: coordinate volunteer programs and manage partnerships with nonprofit partners.
• Content Development: work with Marketing and Communications to plan internal and external campaigns and translate activity into compelling messaging.
