Job summary

Sinclair Broadcast Group is seeking a Special Projects Specialist for the Agile Content Creation Engagement Team (ACCET). This role coordinates community events, contests and promotional content, ensuring alignment with brand and guidelines.

You will collaborate with partners, sales, marketing and production to deliver on-site activities and communications. Responsibilities include planning events, coordinating with schools and partners, drafting press releases and promos, and handling on-site

Responsibilities

• Meet with community partners and stations to review events.
• Develop plans to execute events and initiatives in the region.
• Collaborate on internal and external communications (press releases, promos, employee comms).
• Work with legal to develop rules for local station and Sinclair contest promotions.
• Enter project requests into Adobe Workfront for events promos, PSAs, etc.
• Provide elements for content creation.
• Assist in planning and standardizing high school sports production in the region and ACCET, including pre-taped segments, interviews and on-site production.
