Job summary

The Champion Firm, Personal Injury Attorneys, P.C. is seeking a Community Outreach & Marketing Coordinator to plan and execute community events across the Atlanta area, including Marietta and Woodstock.

This on-site role requires travel to local events and coordination of sponsorships and outreach initiatives. You will manage logistics, build partnerships with schools and nonprofits, create social content, and work with the marketing team to promote upcoming events.

Qualifications

• Experience in event coordination, community outreach, marketing, or PR preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple events.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute community events and outreach initiatives across Atlanta, Marietta, Woodstock, and surrounding areas.
• Oversee event logistics from scheduling to teardown, including vendors and staffing.
• Represent the firm at community events, schools, nonprofits, and partnerships.
• Build relationships with schools, nonprofits, local businesses, and referral partners.
• Identify new community engagement opportunities that align with marketing goals.
• Coordinate volunteers, schedules, and event coverage.
• Manage promotional materials, merchandise, and event inventory.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop event-related content and materials.
• Capture photos and short-form video for social media and marketing.
• Track outreach activities, sponsorships, expenses, and results.
• Follow up with partners to maintain long-term relationships.
• Assist with additional marketing campaigns as needed.
