About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned Engagement Director to lead the consultative sales process across multiple Oracle SaaS pillars, including ERP, HCM, SCM, and CX. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and trusted advisor with a deep understanding of Oracle’s SaaS ecosystem, a passion for driving business outcomes, and the ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives.
As a key member of our team, you will shape sales strategy, develop compelling value propositions, and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver world-class Oracle SaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Strategic Sales Initiatives: Drive the full sales lifecycle—from opportunity identification to contract closure—for Oracle SaaS offerings.
- Craft Winning Sales Strategies: Develop tailored win themes and value propositions that align with client goals.
- Executive Engagement: Build trusted relationships with C-level decision-makers by understanding their business needs and demonstrating the value of Oracle SaaS solutions.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with delivery, industry, and solution teams to ensure seamless alignment and solution delivery.
- Sales Enablement: Create compelling presentations, proposals, and sales collateral to support new business development.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual booking goals; maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 10 years of consultative sales and pre-sales experience in the Oracle SaaS ecosystem
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets in complex enterprise environments
- In-depth understanding of Oracle Cloud applications (ERP, SCM, HCM, and/or CX)
- Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Effective leadership and collaboration skills across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
- Strategic, results-driven mindset with excellent organizational abilities
