UW Tacoma is seeking an Engagement Coordinator (Development/Fund Raising Events) to plan and manage engagement opportunities for alumni, donors, and community partners. The role involves coordinating logistics, communications and program support to foster a vibrant UW Tacoma community.

This is a full‑time permanent position.
The Engagement Coordinator helps create meaningful opportunities for alumni, donors, community partners, families and other stakeholders to connect with UW Tacoma through events, programs and engagement activities. Reporting to the Director for Strategic Engagement, this role coordinates event logistics, communications and project support to deliver welcoming experiences that strengthen relationships and foster a vibrant UW Tacoma community.

Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience in alumni relations, development, public relations, or event planning, demonstrating excellent verbal and written skills, organizational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
