Job summary

Vitality seeks an Engagement Coordinator to join our team and enhance resident life through engaging activities and community partnerships.

You will plan and implement programs, transport residents when needed, and collaborate with Memory Care staff to tailor experiences to individual preferences. A passion for Dementia care and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience working with individuals who have Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia – Memory Care Only.
• Knowledge of Alzheimer’s disease, related dementia-causing diseases, and disease progression – Memory Care Only.
• Ability to facilitate dignified, purposeful, and individualized programming to meet the needs of residents, family, and team members.
• Effectively communicate with and engage individuals with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementia in a manner that promotes their success and quality of life.
• Must have computer skills. Must have a valid driver’s license.
