Broadridge is Growing! We are seeking an Engagement Consultant - FX operations, systems, trading and settlements to join a stellar team!

Work-Mode: This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assess current securities trading practices, currently converted to CAD.
  • Conduct a thorough review of existing operational procedures.
  • Identify necessary updates and potential development needs, particularly in custom reporting and extracts.
  • Develop a plan for handling securities in their actual currency.
  • Test 1 to 2 additional sample currency pairs (e.g., EUR/CAD and AUD/CAD) for a comprehensive lifecycle implementation and testing.
  • Test configurations with different processes in account lifecycle and FX trading like account opening, funds deposit, foreign security purchase, trade settlement, loan values and regulatory reporting review, dividend payments and corporate actions, statement and report generation, client portal enhancements.
  • Work with Aviso business teams and system configuration teams to orchestrate changes in areas like FX tables, offset accounts, market configurations, client master settings, journals.
  • Help Aviso test end-to-end workflow for foreign securities trading, FX pricing and FX management in pre-prod environment, rinse and repeat for different currencies and different markets.
  • Rollout workflow for one sample currency in production.
  • Rollout other currencies.

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of FX operations, systems, trading and settlement process
  • Experience with on-boarding technology systems in support of FX processing
  • Senior level subject matter expertise to advise on functional requirements definition and documentation for both business and technical consumers
