Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate group and individual activities for residents.
• Engage residents to promote participation, independence and well-being.
• Assist with planning and executing facility-wide events.
• Transport and escort residents to activity areas or outings.
• Maintain and organize activity supplies and materials.
• Support meal assistance and one-on-one resident visits.
• Supervise and guide volunteers during activity programs.
