We are seeking a candidate with a passion for aerospace to join our team within the Compressions Systems Product Definition discipline. This position requires a highly analytical individual possessed of theoretical knowledge capable of multi-tasking and making data-based decisions in a high pace environment. In this position, the preferred candidate will be expected to produce data and documentation that accurately reflects component design intent. The employee will, on a continuous basis, participate on one or more multi-disciplinary teams where they are expected to be able to communicate effectively on the requirements, metrics and status of assigned tasks in a clear and concise manner.   • Airfoil creation, working with UT & UA files and modeling a plus.
  • Good presentation crafting and presenting skills.

Compression Systems Engineering (CSE)

Compression Systems Engineering is responsible for the design, development, and in service support of all fans low-pressure and high-pressure compressors for commercial and military engine models. CSE is responsible for the identification and maturation of new technologies for these products.

Technical disciplines in CSE include Project Engineering, Mechanical Design, Structural Analysis, and Product Definition.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
