Job summary

LUXERADIANCE AESTHETIC AND WELLNESS in Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse to anchor the clinical floor and support the IV infusion program. You will shape how the location runs and work closely with the Medical Director and team.

The role requires Florida RN licensure, IV/venipuncture expertise, and ACLS certification, with 2+ years of clinical experience. Independence in a small team and a warm, patient-centric approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license in good standing.
• Strong IV and venipuncture skills; training offered if needed.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Two+ years of clinical experience; medical spa/aesthetics experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Start and manage IV infusions, including wellness therapies.

Registered Nurse — Office Nurse / IV Infusion

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to anchor our clinical floor and sure-up our IV infusion program.

This is a ground-floor role. You will help shape how this location runs rather than inherit someone else's system.

What you will do

• Start and manage IV infusions, including vitamin and wellness therapies, hydration, and nutrient drips
• Perform patient assessments and review health history before treatment
• Assist the Medical Director and injector during aesthetic procedures
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in our EMR system
• Manage clinical supplies, medication inventory, and infection control standards
• Educate patients on treatment plans, expectations, and aftercare
• Uphold a concierge standard of care from the moment a patient walks in

What we are looking for

• Active Florida RN license in good standing
• Strong IV and venipuncture skills, with genuine confidence in difficult sticks, if you dont have a lot of practice, we are willing to train.
• Current ACLS certification
• Two or more years of clinical experience; medical spa, aesthetics, infusion, or wellness experience is a plus but not required
• Comfort working independently in a small team
