Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical project management.
• Experience in R&D, engineering, or product development environments.
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to manage complexity across multiple teams and locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical R&D and product development projects.
• Plan and execute initiatives from concept to industrialization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across regional sites.
