Job summary

PA Consulting is seeking an experienced Utility Advisory Consultant to join our hybrid team in Colorado. You will drive transformation, data insights, and AI-enabled strategies for energy and utility clients, collaborating with senior teams on impactful engagements across North America.

You’ll apply analytics, engage stakeholders, and grow into larger programs while contributing to proposals and business development. Travel to client sites will be required.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead stakeholder engagement, workshops, and transformation initiatives.
• Lead workstreams or small engagements, growing into larger programs over time.
• Contribute to proposals and business development efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes and continuous learning.
