Job summary

PA Consulting is seeking Energy & Utilities Market Analysts in a hybrid role, with a focus on policy, regulation, and market research. You will analyze developments, support strategy, and contribute to client engagement across multi-disciplinary teams.

The position welcomes recent graduates or professionals re-entering the workforce, with opportunities for mentorship, development, and client-facing project work across energy infrastructure challenges.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in public policy, economics, political science, environmental studies, energy studies or related field expected by Fall/Winter 2026 or Spring 2027.
Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required.
Experience with research, writing, qualitative or quantitative analysis, and presentation development is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct policy, regulatory, and market research.
Analyze the potential impacts of policy and regulatory developments.
Support strategy development and stakeholder engagement activities.
Help assess risks, opportunities, costs, and benefits associated with energy investments.
Develop reports, presentations, and client-facing materials.
Collaborate with technical, economic, and market experts across project teams.
