Qualifications

• Ability to analyze contract terms to support pricing, settlements, or accounting.
• Ability to interpret confirmations, amendments, and standard clauses.
• Ability to work independently on routine contract administration matters.
• Knowledge of energy trading contracts for physical and financial products.
• Knowledge of internal control and compliance requirements related to contracts.
• Strong communication skills to explain contract details to trading/operational partners.

Responsibilities

• Validates contract language against master agreements and market standards.
• Coordinates with traders and risk analysts to confirm transaction details in ETRM platforms.
• Updates contract lifecycle events in systems such as SAP or Allegro.
• Identifies and resolves discrepancies in confirmations and settlement instructions.
• Prepares daily and weekly reports on contract status using BI tools.
• Supports negotiation of minor amendments under guidance from senior staff.
• Ensures compliance with ISO/RTO market rules and internal governance policies.
• Provides clear explanations of moderately complex contract provisions to stakeholders.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
