Job summary

Energy Transfer LP is seeking a Contract Analyst to join the Crude Accounting team in Houston, TX. This role supports the full contract lifecycle—from drafting and amendments to execution and tracking obligations—ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree (preferred) and 5–8 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in Word and CLM systems. Experience with Rightangle, SAP, or Salesforce is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5-8 years' experience.
• Proficiency in Word required.
• CLM system experience required; Rightangle, SAP and/or Salesforce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft contracts outside the pre-approved templates, coordinating with Legal and Commercial teams.
• Serve as a liaison between Commercial, Legal, and Accounting to clarify terms and requirements.
• Analyze contract obligations and establish effective tracking for ongoing compliance.
• Prepare, review, and amend contracts using approved templates while adhering to policies and standards.
• Manage the trade confirmation process and resolve discrepancies timely and proactively.
• Maintain a comprehensive electronic contract database to support accessibility and auditability.
• Independently identify and resolve contract-related issues in a timely manner.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, and UAT for CLM/ETRM platforms.
