Job summary

Remote DXB is seeking an experienced performance engineer in the United States to build benchmarks, develop reference implementations, and support deployments from POC to production. You will work with NVIDIA-style tools, containerized workflows, and cluster schedulers to drive performance across energy-focused customer engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience profiling and debugging performance with NVIDIA Nsight Systems or equivalent.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical findings to engineers and non-engineers.
• Experience with CI/perf regression testing, containerized workflows (Docker/Apptainer), and schedulers (Slurm).

Responsibilities

• Build reproducible benchmarks, performance reports, and tuning recommendations.
• Develop and maintain reference implementations, examples, and patches to customer code to enable performance and portability.
• Support customer engagements (POCs to production), including debugging correctness/performance issues and advising on deployment best practices for containers, schedulers, and clusters.
• Collaborate with internal teams to file actionable issues, validate fixes, and influence roadmap based on real customer requirements in Energy.
• Build internal libraries and reusable code that would lead to future NVIDIA products.
