Member of Technical Staff, Performance Engineering | AI Infrastructure | Cambridge, MA / Remote USA & Canada

I’m working on a really exciting opportunity for aPerformance Engineerto join a team building high-performance AI infrastructure.

This is all about finding what's slowing a workload down, fixing it, andproving the improvement.

You could be working across:

• Distributed training
• Large-scale inference
• Multi-node HPC
• C++ / CUDA / Triton
• Profiling, bottleneck analysis and end-to-end optimisation

The team is ideally looking for someone with:

• 3+ years of whole-stack performance work
• 3+ years of systems programming in C++, CUDA or Triton
• Experience profiling complete workloads and fixing the actual bottleneck
• Experience improving a training, serving or simulation workload across nodes

Cambridge, MA - hybrid 3 days/week
