Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• 6+ years of related experience as a stationary engineer or BMS operator.
• Preferred: Associate's/technical degree; CA or LA County Steam License.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain facilities and systems as required.
• Receive maintenance work requests from employees, customers, or visitors.
• Triage requests to prioritize repairs and ensure timely execution.
• Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, generators, and water systems.
• Coordinate basic repairs and oversee specialists for complex tasks.
• Schedule maintenance to minimize disruption to operations.
