Provide services and support as a Energy Technical Consulting (Energy Systems Modeler) in the Energy, Science, and Technology Research Industry Sector focussing on Business Process Solutions for clients such as Department of Energy (DOE | OP) | DOE Office of Policy (OP) Generally Located In CONUS - Washington DC and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Energy Systems Modeler | Energy Market Economic And Regulatory Analysis [DOEOP098103]

Builds predictive models to evaluate energy systems and inform policy and operational decisions. Align with Energy Market Economic And Regulatory Analysis Functional Area initiatives as a Energy Systems Modeler that Design, develop, and execute industry-recognized energy system models for evaluating technologies, policies, and infrastructure. Provide Public Comment Review, Data Analysis, Modeling, Evaluation, Mapping, Forecasting And Report Development, Data Tracking Tools, Workforce Policy Analysis And Convening, as well as Energy Market Economic And Regulatory Analysis Technical Consulting Services and support for The Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Policy (OP). These services enable mission objectives involved with renewable energy, fossil fuels, nuclear energy, hydrogen, biofuels, carbon capture, energy storage, grid modernization, energy efficiency, and sustainable infrastructure technologies.

Energy Systems Modeler is responsible for key functions such as developing analyses, supporting initiatives, and ensuring alignment with project objectives. The role of Energy Systems Modeler involves supporting DOE initiatives with analysis, collaboration, and strategic implementation.
