Qualifikationen

• Ability to communicate effectively with facility managers and engineers.
• Ability to work independently to meet deadlines while on survey.
• Ability to manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Ability to use technology and apps for collecting data while on survey.

Aufgaben

• Assists in the production of projects on-time, within-budget and meeting standards and client specifications.
• Conducts site surveys to determine existing facility conditions and helps identify energy efficient and deferred maintenance scope.
• Performs mechanical system calculations including load calculations and ventilation schedules.
• Interacts in meetings with internal team members related to project deliverables.
• Reviews designs and drawings for mechanical systems including duct and pipe sizing with senior staff.
