Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or related technical field.
• 2+ years of relevant technical experience.
• Demonstrated interest in climate, energy efficiency, and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing program strategies, preparing presentations, and performing research to support energy efficiency, decarbonization, and emerging tech programs.
• Serving as a liaison between government, utility, and industry stakeholders to advance product and building sustainability initiatives.
• Performing in-depth analysis of energy and performance data using spreadsheets, databases, and basic programming.
• Synthesizing complex technical data into white papers, reports, and briefings for technical and non-technical audiences.
