Job summary

QTS Data Centers seeks an Analyst, Energy Strategy & Operations to help run the planning cadence, maintain OKRs and KPIs, and prepare leadership materials. You will organize source data, build models, and coordinate across Energy Strategy, Analytics, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Development to keep initiatives on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 2+ years of analytics, operations, program coordination, strategy support, or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to organize data and create executive-ready materials.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Run planning cycles, business reviews, and monthly/quarterly performance check-ins on schedule.
• Prepare agendas, pre-reads, and materials; capture decisions, actions, and follow-ups and track them to closure.
• Maintain OKR and KPI trackers and dashboards; collect status inputs and keep them current.
• Flag slipping items, risks, and dependencies early so they can be addressed.
• Build and update leadership decks, strategy updates, and standard reporting for consistent leadership reporting.
• Gather, organize, validate, and normalize data from cross-functional teams; support data quality and analyses.
