Job summary

CSA Group in Cleveland, OH seeks an experienced engineer to support the PGM and fire test specialist. You will develop strategic growth initiatives and expand our TTL utilization, while assisting in launching new certification and testing programs.

International travel may be required and collaboration across CSA offices is expected. Ideal candidates bring an advanced engineering degree and at least five years in engineering or lab testing, with strong leadership, training, and knowledge of fire

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum five years’ experience in engineering or laboratory testing environment.
• Experience commissioning a lab is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in testing and certification of energy storage components area.
• Ensure staff qualifications and training for high-quality certification work.
• Develop, deploy and maintain fire testing labs and related testing capabilities.
• Lead standard development work and collaboration with CSA offices and network members.
