Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a skilled on-site project support professional to join our Los Banos, CA jobsite. This full-time role supports project quality, field coordination, and document control during solar and energy infrastructure construction.

You will review plans, manage RFIs, track deliverables, and help ensure safety and on-time delivery while collaborating across disciplines. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the project quality plan.

• Interpret project plans, specs, and details for subcontractors and craftpersons.
• Coordinate delivery logistics with vendors, including tracking onsite material.
• Collect, maintain, and submit project closeout documentation on time.
• Ensure all drawing redlines are captured and developed into record drawings for submittal to owner.

Position Responsibilities and Duties

• Leadthe implementation oftheprojectquality plan
• Review, provide analysis, management, and resolution of field coordination issues with project team members
• Perform document controlfunctions during the execution of the project to include submittals andRequestsfor Information (RFI)
• Interpret project plans, specifications, and details for subcontractors and craftpersons

• Engage peers, managers, and other SOLV Energy business partners with lessons learned and innovative ideas for continuous improvement
• Continuously compare detailed project design parameters and majorcomponentquantities with project estimate as a baseline and report quantity deviations to Project Manager and Project Design Lead for review prior to acceptance for purchase
• Enforce and promote a culture of safety by implementing and enforcing SOLV standards and OSHA policies,proceduresand guidelines
• Assistthe site management team in displaying and promoting the company values, tenets and culture whilerepresentingthe company in a professional manner
