You will direct a cross-functional team, ensure project alignment with company objectives, monitor project schedules, and engage with community stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a strong background in energy storage or power development, with effective leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of energy storage or power development experience.
• Proven experience leading projects supported by cross-functional team collaboration.
• 4-year university degree, BS or BA or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional team in project development.
• Oversee the full development lifecycle for projects.
• Conduct portfolio management activities, including project schedules and budgets.

Skills

Proficiency with Microsoft software suite

Excellent communication

Public speaking experience

Development risk identification
