Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in the third or fourth year of a bachelor’s engineering degree program or pursuing a master’s degree or MBA.
• Some prior experience through an internship, co‑op, academic project, research, student organization, or relevant work assignment is desirable.
• Demonstrated adaptability and willingness to take on varied tasks as required.
• Strong teamwork, communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently when needed and follow through on commitments.
• A basic understanding of battery operation or battery chemistry is an advantage.
