Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering with 3+ years of engineering work experience or Master's with 2+ years.
• Experience in energy storage, distributed energy resources, or utility operations preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Help integrate energy storage resources with DERMS, SCADA, EMS, PI Historian and related platforms.
• Support O&M activities for battery energy storage systems and performance monitoring.
• Define functional requirements, operating procedures, and system integration standards.
• Develop telemetry, monitoring and control capabilities for energy storage resources.
• Create dashboards, visualizations, reports, and performance metrics for operations and programs.
• Coordinate with vendors, system integrators, and internal teams through project lifecycle.
• Produce technical reports, regulatory responses, and business requirements related to energy storage.
