SOLV Energy is looking for a Director of Engineering for its Energy Storage team. This role involves leading, mentoring, and developing engineering solutions for utility-scale energy storage projects. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with safety regulations and lead the team in driving innovation.

Located in Nevada or can work remotely/hybrid, this role requires up to 50% travel. Responsibilities also include overseeing the design processes and managing relationships with third-party engineers.

Competitive salary range of $170,074 - $226,199.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience focused on Energy Storage.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Strong technical background in NERC compliance.
