This role involves leading and mentoring the Energy Storage Engineering team while overseeing design and compliance for utility-scale projects. The position is remote or hybrid with up to 50% travel across the U.S.

Competitive salary range of $170,074.00 - $226,199.00 with benefits including medical, dental, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in engineering with focus on Energy Storage.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in management.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Energy Storage Engineering team.
