Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Director of Engineering, Energy Storage, who will lead their Energy Storage Engineering team and oversee the design of energy storage systems for utility-scale renewable projects. This role allows for remote or hybrid flexibility with a potential for up to 50% travel.

Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of experience in engineering, particularly in Energy Storage, as well as a strong background in electrical engineering and management. Responsibilities include mentorship, technical oversight, and driving strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in engineering with a focus on Energy Storage, renewables, or power systems.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in management.
• Proven track record of successfully designing and delivering utility-scale Energy Storage projects.
