Cenergistic is seeking an Energy Specialist to serve as a trusted advisor for client facilities in the Texas area. You will build relationships, analyze energy data, and recommend practical cost-saving improvements while working independently in a field-based role.
This position emphasizes communication, initiative, and client service, with training provided. Travel to client sites is required, and you will support energy-management projects across diverse settings.

This is a field-based position supporting clients within an assigned territory. Travel varies based on client assignments and may include schools, universities, healthcare facilities, government buildings, and other commercial facilities.
Energy Specialists enjoy the flexibility to manage their schedules while ensuring the needs of their clients and business objectives are met. Although much of the work is performed during regular business hours, this role occasionally requires early morning, evening, or weekend work to observe facility operations, support client initiatives, or accommodate customer schedules. The ability to adjust your schedule to meet client needs is an essential part of this position.
Time is divided between client site visits, remote work, virtual meetings, data analysis, report preparation, and administrative responsibilities.
