Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma and 1 year of relevant work experience.
• 1–2 years in business systems and data analysis.
• 1–2 years SQL queries and Power BI reporting.
• 1–2 years Excel spreadsheets and Excel VBA.
• 1–2 years providing first-line production support for information systems.
• Bachelor's degree in business/engineering/environmental policy or equivalent.
• Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners to identify requirements and prioritize IT work.
• Support meter data setup for resources in electric supply portfolio.
• Submit accurate meter data to CAISO per tariff and protocols.
• Monitor meter data behavior to ensure accuracy before CAISO submission.
• Analyze and troubleshoot meter data flows across systems.
• Manage Demand Response meter data and CAISO submissions.
• Assist in system access, security setup, and SOX testing.
• Provide ad-hoc Settlement Operation data support as needed.
• Gather requirements, perform UAT, and configure settlement-support systems.
• Coordinate with development teams to estimate and complete planned work.
• Assist Endur Energy Trading system support.
• Improve settlements databases and collaborate across IT and Energy Procurement.
