Clayco is seeking an Energy Marshal to oversee the energy program on construction projects nationwide. You will partner with Operations, Safety and Environmental teams to ensure hazardous energy is controlled, energy isolation is compliant, and equipment energization documents are in order.

You will audit the program, train teams, coordinate commissioning sequences, manage lockout/tagout, and report progress to management while travel nationwide.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field required or 10+ years in electrical trade.
• 10–15 years of experience with MEP systems and hazardous energy management on large construction projects.
• Extensive knowledge of the NEC.
• NFPA 70e Certification.
• Experience with MV/HV systems and electrical testing/verification.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Operations, Safety and Environmental Teams to secure program compliance for hazardous energy.
• Ensure inspection and testing documents are complete prior to energization of equipment on project sites.
• Utilize SPS-101 Energy Isolation Guidebook and NFPA 70e as the base for the Energy Program.
• Conduct routine audits to ensure energy isolation program is followed and safe working conditions are maintained.
• Manage routine meetings to update Project and Operations teams on energy program progress.
• Create and manage reports for management on energy program updates.
• Train new and existing team members on energy program requirements.
• Coordinate with the Commissioning Manager to establish commissioning sequences and testing.
• Manage the site Lock Out/Tag Out program.
