Qualifications

• Concurrent enrollment in a Bachelor's degree (or higher) seeking program for the duration of the internship experience.
• Available to work on site 40 hours per week.
• Strong academic performance.
• Must be able to safely ascend/descend multiple flights of stairs and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have valid driver's license for work-related travel and reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Assist with facility audits and employee training programs.
• Support industrial hygiene activities and equipment maintenance.
• Participate in health, safety, and security projects and incident investigations.
• Assist with emergency preparedness and response; governmental inspections; and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare written reports for projects and liaise with other Marathon business units.
