Job summary

2020 Companies is hiring Retail Sales Associates for Walmart Bloomsburg, PA. You will promote electricity and gas services, engage with customers, and help lower energy costs in a fast-paced retail environment.

No door-to-door; base pay plus uncapped commission, first sale bonus, paid training, and daily pay options. Must be reliable, with strong communication and customer-service skills; evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and fellow employees.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Greet customers, direct them to displays, and suggest products to fit needs.
• Advise customers by providing information on products and services.
• Accurately document and report sales and communicate activity to Retail Operations.
• Keep work station clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time.
