Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking energetic Retail Sales Associates to join our Walmart Reading, PA team. You will engage customers about energy products and help them save on costs, while achieving personal sales goals in a fast-paced retail setting.

Role offers paid training, base pay plus uncapped commissions, and performance incentives such as next-day pay and a first-sale bonus. Candidates should be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Customer-focused with strong integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals monthly.
• Welcome customers and offer assistance and product recommendations.
• Direct customers to displays and assess needs to suggest products.
• Accurately document and report sales and client interactions.
• Keep workstation clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
