2020 Companies, representing NRG, is hiring for a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate at Food 4 Less in Cicero, IL. You will engage with customers in-store, explain energy options, and help families lower their energy costs.

No door-to-door work and you’ll join a team focused on growth and excellent service. The role offers paid training, a first sale bonus, daily pay options, uncapped commissions, health benefits, PTO, and a 401k match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated product knowledge.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals monthly.
• Warmly welcome customers and offer assistance.
• Direct customers to displays; assess needs and suggest products.
• Advise customers by providing product information.
• Help customers make selections and build confidence.
• Document and report sales accurately.
