2020 Companies is hiring Full-Time Retail Sales representatives to engage customers in Sam's Club locations, representing NRG electricity and gas. You will learn to uncover needs, overcome objections, and deliver solutions that lower energy costs while maintaining professional relationships with customers and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated product knowledge and customer focus.
• Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and colleagues.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals monthly.
• Escort customers to displays, assess needs, and suggest products.
• Provide product information and advise customers on options.
• Help customers make selections and document sales accurately.
• Communicate activity to Retail Operations and keep station clean.
