Zusammenfassung

PPG is seeking an Energy Recovery Operations Lead at our Circleville, Ohio plant to guide shift personnel in operating the ERU kiln and related systems. This hands-on role emphasizes safety, efficient material handling, inventory control, incineration, and steam generation, reporting to the Manager Energy Recovery Unit.

You will serve as the technical resource for the team, resolve conflicts, enforce ERU policies, and drive continuous improvement while fulfilling our safety and operational

Qualifikationen

High School diploma or GED required.
Boiler operator's license from the State of Ohio (or ability to obtain).
1–3 years of supervisory experience in plant maintenance or production.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

Manage shift personnel to ensure safe and efficient operations of the ERU kiln and related systems.
Oversee material handling, inventory control, incineration, and steam generation processes.
Implement ERU policies, resolve conflicts, and provide leadership to the shift team.
Be the technical resource to support ERU personnel.
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
