Job summary

Penn State University is seeking an Energy Quality Specialist to provide technical leadership and ensure quality and consistency of industrial energy assessment services. You will review reports, calculations, and recommendations, ensuring alignment with PennTAP methodologies and program standards.

Qualifications

Knowledge of industrial energy systems, manufacturing processes, utility systems, and energy efficiency technologies.
Experience reviewing technical reports and energy calculations.
Strong analytical and quality assurance skills.

Responsibilities

Review energy assessment reports for accuracy and consistency.
Verify savings estimates are supported by data and standards.
Evaluate energy conservation measures for technical validity and practicality.
Develop and maintain quality control procedures and templates.
