Job summary

PG&E seeks a Program Manager within Power Generation to oversee program implementation, budgets, and vendor/external partner coordination. The role ensures regulatory compliance, stakeholder engagement, and strategic collaboration with Marketing and Compliance teams.

The position is hybrid with 1x in-office weekly and travel ~25% of the time. Compensation aligns with California ranges and may include incentive programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Full understanding of Program Management.
• Ability to assess and recommend solutions for assigned projects.
• Ability to prioritize, plan, perform and communicate activities both in written and verbal form.
• Knowledge of energy industry issues and customer energy efficiency applications.

Responsibilities

• Completes assignments of moderate scope and complexity.
• Requires some guidance on moderately complex issues.
• May participate on project teams.
• Understands the basic organizational structure and how to utilize available resources.
• Communicates with peers inside and outside of PG&E exchanging ideas or gathering information.
