Job summary

Cadmus seeks an entrepreneurial leader to build and grow our Energy Program Administration practice in Phoenix, AZ. This role develops strategy, secures new clients, builds delivery capability, and leads program operations for decarbonization and energy savings initiatives.

You will collaborate with utilities and government clients, shape offerings, manage senior relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive growth through scalable, repeatable delivery models.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in energy efficiency, clean energy, or utility program administration, with leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, business, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Proven experience launching or scaling energy programs and strong business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development for program administration and implementation opportunities with utilities and agencies.
• Develop and execute a growth-oriented plan to build and scale the practice, including go-to-market strategy and multi-year targets.
• Collaborate with engineering, evaluation, design, and data analytics teams to shape offerings and respond to regulatory priorities.
• Build senior-level relationships with clients, regulators, and industry partners to identify opportunities.
