2020 Companies is hiring for a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate at Kroger Maineville, OH. Immediate hire with first sale bonus and paid training. You’ll promote energy-related products from our client, NRG, and help customers lower energy costs.

Your role focuses on in-store engagement, pursuing sales goals, and building lasting customer relationships in a busy retail setting. No door-to-door or telemarketing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Maintain customer confidentiality.

Responsibilities
