Qualifications

• 5+ years of investment banking experience or MBA with 3+ years related experience.
• Meaningful M&A transaction experience is required.
• Ability to lead junior bankers, review work and provide feedback.
• Strong business writing for memorandums and presentations.
• Solid knowledge of accounting and deal modeling.
• Client management skills and relationship-building.
• Oil and gas sector experience is essential.
• MBA preferred; BA/BS in finance or related field accepted.

Responsibilities
