Responsibilities include defining the data model, elevating portfolio health visibility, and scaling AI-driven reporting, with executive-ready narratives for strategic decisions and resource alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience standing up operating cadences and governance used by leaders.
• Proven cross-functional program leadership in energy and infrastructure.
• Hands-on AI/automation experience with prudent judgment.
• Strong data fluency and ability to turn multi-source data into reporting.
• Executive communication to distill complexity for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Integrate energy data across the org and define the shared data model.
• Enhance portfolio health visibility with continuous, predictive reporting.
• Expand the operating model across Energy teams with a lightweight program system.
• Apply AI to scale work with tooling to automate reporting and drafting briefs.
• Translate portfolio view into executive-ready narratives for resourcing and procurement.
