Aramco Americas Washington, D.C. Office seeks a Corporate Advisor to deliver multi-disciplinary policy and business analyses for senior management.

You will track regulatory developments, prepare concise briefs, and develop presentations tailored to internal clients. You will collaborate with DC colleagues and other regions, help manage knowledge systems, support executive engagements, and contribute to signature Washington office reports while demonstrating strong written, verbal, and project

Qualifications

  • Six to 10 years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a field such as International Relations, Economics, Business Administration or Communications.
  • Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Superior written and verbal communications, with clear, professional outputs.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to lead meetings.
  • Robust research skills and primary/secondary source assessment.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
  • Experience tracking policy developments and implications preferred.
  • Highly organized and able to work across teams and regions.
  • Interest in innovating work processes with AI tools.

Responsibilities

  • Track policy and regulatory developments and provide updates for various deliverables.
  • Prepare reports and memos on topics relevant to senior management.
  • Lead in applying the latest technology to enhance report formatting and visuals.
  • Collaborate with DC office colleagues and regional teams as needed.
  • Support executive engagements with briefing materials and agendas.
