HBW Resources is seeking a Communications Manager to support Consumer Energy Alliance in Houston. You will lead external and member communications, draft content, and oversee social media and campaigns to advance policy and public education goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, political science, marketing, public affairs, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in communications, public affairs, or related fields.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading with ability to tailor for diverse audiences.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation development skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft and edit press releases, statements, op-eds, and newsletters.
• Translate complex energy policy issues into consumer-friendly content.
• Develop member updates, presentations, and stakeholder materials.
• Manage campaigns across earned, digital, social, and paid channels.
• Coordinate with HBW creative and digital teams for assets.
• Oversee membership database analytics and reporting.
